NMHD-30 high-speed homogenizer is a fast tissue homogenizer, disperser and emulsifier. It is suitable for 0.5-2000mL liquid samples with different disperser heads, and the maximum speed can reach 25000rpm. The working principle of the instrument is that the sample is introduced into the narrow space between the stator and rotor in high-speed relative motion, and is quickly sheared and broken. Tissues like muscle, liver, breast, etc. can be completely homogenized in 10-30 seconds. It can be applied to biopharmaceuticals, gene research, tissue crushing, cell pulping, pathological analysis, oil-water emulsification, nanomaterial dispersion, dairy homogenization, polymerization reaction, daily cosmetics, ink coatings, fine chemicals, pesticides, prospecting, environmental protection, energy and other fields.
