Rubber SEBS YH-688 is a thermoplastic rubber. Appearance: White or light color, powder or uniform granular, free of mechanical impurities and oil.
Styrene content: about 13% (by weight).
Structure: Star.
Tensile strength: ≥10MPa.
Elongation at break: ≥800%.
300% constant elongation stress: ≥1.4MPa.
Tear deformation: ≤4%.
Shore A hardness: ≥45A.
Melt flow rate (MFR) : 0.8-3.0g/10min (5kg, 200ºC).
Volatile content: ≤0.7%.
Hydrogenation degree: ≥97%.
Yellow Index: 6.0.
Product advantages: Compared with the conventional SEBS of Baling Petrochemical, the new SEBS YH-688 has low hardness, strong rubber property and good compatibility with polypropylene, and can be mixed with PP and inorganic fillers without oil filling, so that the obtained material has good elasticity and processing properties.
