Function features: The belt can realize automatic sanding weld, or hand-held plate press the belt, auxiliary sanding grinding. Suggestions for using the sand belt: By replacing the sand belt with different thickness, the coarse or fine long straight silk grain effect can be achieved; Using the sand belt between 60 and 120 mesh, welding scar grinding and drawing can be achieved. The grain effect can be achieved by replacing the sand belt or nylon belt with different thickness. With nylon belt or fine - grained sand belt, can play the role of wire polishing. Note: The sand belt must be cloth base type, not paper sand type.
Wheel drawing function
Function features: The drawing wheel can be manually controlled when pressed down to the surface of the product. The purpose is to solve the problem of large products. The surface smoothness is different and unstable. The drawing wheel can also automatically walk. For products with high surface smoothness, the automatic function can be used to automatically draw wire, reducing the intensity and difficulty of manual labor.
The wheel speed can be adjusted, which is simple and intuitive for digital display adjustment on the touch screen. The wheel speed limit is:
100000, recommended speed range 50,000-80000. Due to the limitation of design features, the motor used by the wire drawing wheel is a private motor, which is directly connected to the wire drawing wheel through the shaft. It is suitable for medium speed wire drawing, and the head is light, so it is not suitable for high-speed operation. It is not suitable to use strong pressure, too much force, the private service will automatically stop running, in order to achieve self-protection.

Wheel use suggestion: When the product surface scratch is deep, the drawing wheel is unable to handle. Grain effect is achieved by replacing different materials and thickness. If finer grain is needed, it needs to be alternately processed from thick to fine until satisfactory grain and brightness.
