These systems are specifically engineered for the maintenance of large-scale power substation transformers, rapid treatment of new transformer oil, and the purification of various types of insulation oils, including imported insulation oil, mutual inductor oil, capacitor oil, and refrigerator oil.
Our two-stage transformer oil filtration systems offer several distinct advantages:
1. Outdoor Ready: Designed for outdoor use with a roof, open/close ventilation window, skid base, and sufficient lifting hooks.
2. Enhanced Performance: Features roots booster pump system and a secondary high-vacuum air extracting system for rapid removal of gas and moisture. Provides superior performance compared to standard vacuum purifiers.
3. High Extraction Speed: Dual vacuuming systems maximize the internal vacuum tank's vacuum environment, achieving high vacuum levels. Ultimate vacuum ≤5Pa, working vacuum ≤35Pa.
4. Improved Oil Quality: Increases dielectric strength and flashpoint, resulting in higher breakdown voltage after one filtration cycle, effectively preventing oil aging due to repeated heating.
5. Advanced Configuration: Equipped with an advanced infrared liquid level control system, pressure protection system, and oil pump interlock control for safe and prolonged operation.
