The non-fried instant noodles production line has biaxial elliptic blades with two kinds of speed, as to make more water can be added as well as materials and moisture and more evenly combined. Curing machine adopts double-pot technique to guarantee for the consistency of dough ripening. Noodle rolling machine used nine pairs of chilled alloy roll. Technology of flavor immersion is introduced after noodles are steamed.
