Deformed bar hardening and tempering
Forever can manufacture deformed bar hardening and tempering line as per user's specific requirement. In 2017, we produced one complete set of deformed bar hardening and tempering line for the biggest steel Group in China.
● Deformed bar diameter: 16-40mm
● Deformed bar material: HRB300, HRB400, HRB500
● Deformed bar length: 2.5-12m
● Line speed: 4 piece / min at least
Forever Deformed bar hardening and tempering line technical Parameters
1.All the circuit is digital, and all parameters can be set and modified in the touch screen or remote devices with high reliability, anti-interference ability, fast response and so on.
2.According to different diameter of deformed bars, Forever will design different induction heater. Wide range can meet wide range of deformed bars heat treatment to get higher heating efficiency. The length of induction heaters for tempering is longer than induction heater for quenching, which can make deformed bars get uniform and better induction heat treating effect. The internal structure will be uniform and stable ensure that the deformed bars performance to meet the requirements.
3.The pressure roller and the rollers between each induction heating coils are made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel, inclined and water cooling, greatly extending the life of the roller.
4.Forever new design of adopting ceramic roller can reduce the deformed bars wear and no burning during deformed bars running on the roller table.
5.The deformed bar hardening and tempering line spray system is using multi-stage stainless steel water ring, and the pressure and flow of the water ring can be automatically adjusted to meet the requirements of different hardenability.
6. The deformed bars after hardening and tempering doesn't need straightening, no bending and no deformation. So the customer doesn't need to buy special straightening machine.
