SY-680 III is full servo motor system plastic cup thermoforming machine, it's sheet feeding and stretching partare driven by servo motor, can produce disposable products, such as plastic cup, bowl, lid, and box through the sheet feeding, sheet heating, forming cutting in one station and blowing, widely used for most of the customer requested. PLC for program, manual interface for operation,stable, low noise, and high efficiency.
Features
1. The operation of the machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen
2. The mold guide plate adopts four guide posts to ensure the mold clamping accuracy
3. The chain frame adopts fast cooling and wear-resistant design
4. The chain frame exits the safe mold change system, which can greatly reduce the difficulty of mold change
