Glue mechanism:
The glue pot is made of imported special ball bearing,high hardness and super wear-resistant material rubber box,the stripping shaft is patent design.Adhesive surface almost up to 99.999%, glue output can be adjusted.

Conveyor guide rail :
#Using bearing steel, chromium plating treatment which is wear-resistance and rust-resistance, high straightness, lower friction, conveying speed is uniform and stable.
#Front and rear feeding in/out plate, to ensure the working piece runs stable, more convenient to connect material.
#Conveyor chain is made of Germany high quality silica gel,once die-casting,wear-resistant reach to international standard,smooth and no jump

Conveyor motor:

Fine trimming:
High frequency motor, trimming quantity and radian can be calculated in advance, linear error not exceed 0.01mm.

Buffing:
New mechanism solves the problem that the commonly used mechanism in the market is not easy to adjust and change the wheel in the wear of the polishing wheel. The new mechanism can be adjusted by turning the hand wheel.
