4 Set/set External heat rotary carbonization furnace
External heating rotary carbonization furnace: our company has four carbonization furnaces, which adopt external heating to stably control the temperature without material ablation. The external heating high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly carbonization furnace independently developed by the company's technical team is an international initiative. It is the first energy-saving and environment-friendly carbonization furnace in China to realize large-scale production and self heat balance.
24 Sets SLEP activation furnace
Stepple activation furnace: real time monitoring of production parameters; Use waste heat technology to save energy and cost. Our company has 24 activation furnaces in total: among them, 23 activation furnaces produce liquid-phase adsorption activated carbon, and the other one is used to produce activated coke (i.e. desulfurization and denitration activated carbon).
