1.Wire Rope Selection
When selecting a wire rope according to its use,the following properties should be
considered:
● Breaking tensile strength ● Zinc layer level ● Corrosion resistance
● Fatigue Resistance ● Impact resistance ● Crush resistance
● Rotation resistance ● Elastic modulus (or elongation) ● Adhesion strength
NOTE:Conveyor belt wire rope mainly focus on the following properties:breaking tension,zinc
level,adhesive strength,corrosion resistance,fatigue resistance,elastic modulus.
