Q: What's the MOQ?A: The MOQ is 500m2.
Q: What's the delivery time?A: The delivery time depends on your order quantity and prior order schedule, we'll ensure the on-time delivery of your order, normally it's 7-10 days for one container.
Q: Are you a factory or trading company?A: We are a manufacturer with our own overseas sales & marketing team.

Q: What's the payment terms?A: The regular payment terms is 30% T/T in advance, the 70% balance payment one week before shipment after inspection, the other payment terms like L/C, O/A are also negotiable.

Q: How do I maintain the artificial grass?A: You don't have to do any work to maintain the artificial grass, only need to clean the dirt with a water hose and leave it to dry. Compared to the natural grass, the artificial grass will save you much maintenance cost
Q: Is my artificial grass hot in summer?A: The temperature on the artificial grass is higher than it is on the natural grass, the infilled silica sand will help to cool down the artificial lawn, or we can spray water on it to lower the temperature.
