Star company have been producing Extrusion Tooling for the Wire & Cable industry for over 20 years, and our tooling remains the best in the business for the large scale production of cable and wiring in a variety of materials and sizes.
Our extrusion tools are manufactured with a mirror polish and no sharp edges to ensure optimal insulation material flow and easy threading. Super-hard material inserts in the wire guides, primarily tungsten carbide (TC) and diamond (PCD&ND), ensure long tool life even at high extrusion process speeds.
