The uncoiling is stable during splicing, and the splicing can be automatically spliced or the button splicing can be controlled. The splicing speed can be set separately on the operation screen. The roll diameter of the raw material splicing type can be accurately adjusted to save raw materials.

The servo drive system can adjust the speed and force of the production line according to the requirements of the product, thus ensuring the quality and stability of the product. The human-machine interface can be manipulated and has many features beyond those listed above. It is used in the manufacture of high-quality baby diapers. The raw materials used in the production of baby diapers are cotton core (mixed with SAP), ADL, PE film, Frontal tape, Topsheet hydrophilic nonwoven, Leg cuff hydrophobic nonwoven, etc.
