Seamless calcium cored wire is a kind of cored wire used for steelmaking and used to replace traditional calcium silicon powder packets conductor. It consists of inner core and outer wrapping. Outer sheath is lapped by the band steel belt, the inner core materials include steel with solid core metal calcium and silicon powder. The bundle conductor used in steel liquid calcium treatment, at the same time to deal with the silicon powder, it also reduced the amount of ferrosilicon, increase the deoxidization effect, further improve the yield of calcium in liquid steel, steel and significantly reduce nitrogen absorption.

1) Calcium yield is high, increased by 50% compared with seamed metal calcium wire;
2) Calcium recovery is stable, small fluctuation between furnace time ;
