Product Description QLF Series Dispersing Power Mixer is a high-efficiency multifunctional dispersion mixing equipment, with a working capacity range 5-6000L, can be customized various kinds to meet materials with different viscosity on customers' requirements. Highly effective in mixing, dispersing, defoaming, dustproofing and sealing.
There are three different types of stirrers in the dispersing kettle.
The bisection/trisection shaped stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body at low speed, the equipped scrapper can automatically scrape off the material adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle when the stirrer is running.
The other two stirrers rotate at high speed around their own axes. Their speed can be adjusted through frequency conversion speed regulation to disperse the material at high speed and subject the material to strong shearing and dispersion. Achieve efficient dispersion and mixing. This equipment is suitable for the mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolution, conditioning and other processes of multi-component solid-liquid phase and liquid-liquid phase materials required in chemical industry, light industry, food, medicine, building materials, pesticides and other industries.
This machine is composed of base, beam, column, kettle cover, kettle body, lifting system, transmission system, electric control system and hydraulic system, etc.
