Question 1. What is the minimum order quantity for custom my own brand on your design?
Answer: 50 pcs. And we can do customized logo on leash, paddle, backpack and fins at the meantime.
Question 2. Can I get sample?
Answer: YES, we have boards with different sizes and colors in stock for your options.
And board accessories(leash, paddle, backpack, fins) for your options.
Question 3. How to ship and how much of the shipping cost?
Answer: We use Fedex/UPS/DHL EXPRESS to ship sample order less than 5pcs, 4-6 days delivery time. Express, by air or by sea for
bigger order, 10-35 days delivery time.
Question 4. Can you do drop shipping?
Answer: Yes, we can. We have staff can arrange the shipment directly to your customers.
Question 5. Do you have warranty?
Answer: YES, we have 1 year warranty for inflatable tumbling mat. Please check the details in our website

artwork by email, we will have sales staffs online 12 hours to answer your questions, our designer and production technician are

Question 7. What payment term do you accept?
Answer: We accept various ways of payment method, such as T/T, Money Gram, west union, paypal and alipay, etc.
30%/50% deposit before production, and 70%//50% remaining before shipping, flexible terms according to your detailed demands.
