Features:● Metering adopts twin screw structure with the self-cleaning function；● Metering screw adopts directly driven by special DD servo motor, which saves reduce the tedious reducer and the related variable speed transmission gear ；● Horizontal forced stirring adopts directly driven and independent DD servo motor, which can be adjusted separately；● With vertical stirring DD direct drive is optional, which is suitable for powder materials with poor fluidity；● The whole machine adopts lightweight structure design, the weight is less than half of the similar traditional products' weight, easy to intall and more accurate control ；● Mechanical transmission parts are less than traditional lost in weight feeder(powder),it structure is simple；● The whole mechanism adopts the fast connection mode, basically realizes the disassembly by hand and can be quickly cleaned● With Ethernet communication function, it can realize networking with the molding machine and centralized monitoring function.
