Reject Sorter Product Description During the waste paper treatment process, a large amount of tailings will be generated, which is a pity to discard and difficult to recycle. The slag separator is specially designed for handling the tailings of equipment such as fiber separators, duplex fiber separators, and pressure screens. It can effectively separate fibers and impurities, and achieve a fiber recovery rate of about 70%, reducing fiber loss.
The slag separator operates under normal pressure and is sealed, continuously discharging slag without any phenomena such as paste screening, slurry blockage, or slurry splashing. It is free from vibration and noise, and does not require special personnel to monitor. The impurity concentration sorted out can reach 10-15%, and can be directly discarded as garbage without treatment. The slag separator is currently a more advanced tailings treatment equipment.
