However, III degree burn wounds require multiple treatments, but regardless of the treatment method used, the strong anti infection effect of nano silver is relatively beneficial for wound healing.
3. Usage:
A. For second degree burns or burns above second degree, first perform debridement on the wound to remove debris and residual necrotic tissue. For blisters, they must be removed.
B. For wound debridement, apply the non PE film side of Anxin Nano Silver Burn and Burn Patch to the wound, closely integrating it with the wound. If there is less leakage in the later stage, we can cover the wound with the PE film to prevent adhesion. All burn and burn wounds are in the inflammatory reaction period for the first three days, during which there is relatively more leakage. If there is more leakage, While using nano silver burn patches for coverage treatment, we also need to cover them with gauze to absorb exudate and fix them with adhesive tape,
C. The number of dressing changes is determined based on the amount of exudate. If the patient has less exudate, it is recommended to change one piece every 2 days without the need for changing gauze. If the patient has more exudate, replace the nano silver burn patch after changing the gauze to absorb the exudate. Usually, it should be changed every half a day or once a day.
D. After the inflammatory response period, under the long-term antibacterial effect of Anxin Nano Silver Burn Patch, the infection is well controlled, and granulation tissue begins to produce, which we call the granulation tissue production period. At this time, there is very little exudate. We use our Nano Silver Burn Patch to cover the wound, and no longer need to cover with gauze to absorb the exudate. We apply the Nano Silver Burn Patch for exposed treatment, which is conducive to the rapid production of granulation tissue, Accelerate wound healing by replacing the nano silver burn patch every 3 days or so.
4、 Notes:
1. Whether it is a burn wound or various surgical incisions, when using nano silver burn and burn patches and nano silver trauma patches, we do not need to disinfect the wound with alcohol, iodine, red mercury water, etc. We only need to clean the wound with physiological saline or wet the nano silver product on the patch. There is no need to disinfect the wound in other ways during replacement, Simply moisten the wound with physiological saline and replace it with nano silver products as needed.
