5. Cooling and Drying

6. Crumbling (Optional)
- Roller Crusher: For smaller pellets (e.g., poultry feed), pellets are crumbled to desired sizes (0.5-3 mm).
7. Screening
- Vibrating Sieve: Oversized pellets or fines are separated and reprocessed. Qualified pellets proceed to packaging.
8. Packaging and Storage
- Automated Packing: Pellets are weighed and packed into bags (25-50 kg) using a valve bagger or bulk bags.
- Storage: Finished products are stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse to prevent moisture absorption.
