Description:
This is one most standard mechanical outside micrometer, it is also called micrometer screw gauge,
external micrometer, used in engineering and physics to measure small distances with high accuracy.
The hardened and ground spindle along with a carbide anvil ensure durability and accuracy.
It also has the ratchet thimble allows precise application of pressure on the object being measured.
We supply a full measuring ranges from 0-25mm to 275-300mm, with graduation 0.01mm.
For ranges larger than 25mm, supplied with a setting standard for calibration.
All our outside micrometers come with fitted safe case packing and spanner.We also have set of
micrometers to meet customer's multiple measurement.

Precautions:
1. Before measuring, clean measuring faces of the anvils and the spindle with soft cloth or soft paper,
then bring them together carefully by turning the ratchet stop.
2. After measuring, separate the anvil and tighten the fixing screws to avoid rust caused by prolonged contact.
3. Micrometers should not be stored in humid places with large temperature changes.
4. Do not use micrometer to measure moving or hot objects or to strike something.
