LM-05 Aluminum-wood universal PUR linear fully automatic edge banding machine
LM-05 is an advanced PUR linear fully automatic edge banding machine for aluminum honeycomb and wood panels. It is highly efficient and multifunctional and is suitable for edge banding of a variety of panels.
Features:
Glue machine: Standard dual-color PUR glue machine, no-clean glue pot design, control screen supports one-key switching of two different colors of glue, white and natural color, reasonable selection according to needs, more natural after edge banding.
Speed adjustment: Medium speed (13 m/min) is suitable for aluminum honeycomb and wood board edge banding, high speed (23 m/min) mode is suitable for wood board edge banding, adapting to the edge banding needs of different boards.
Applicable board specifications:Machine board minimum width 120 mm, minimum length 140 mm, edge band width 14-60 mm, board thickness 12-60 mm, edge band thickness 0.4-3 mm.
Machine structure and function:
Pre-milling function: Jump cutter type 2.2KW double pre-milling, standard diamond pre-milling cutter
Diamond pre-milling cutter: Compared with ordinary blades, it has high hardness and strong wear resistance, can maintain extremely high cutting accuracy during the cutting process, and can be reused after grinding, saving more manpower and material costs.
Glue pot device: No-cleaning PUR glue pot, double glue hose design, two-color use does not affect each other, glue machine control one-key color switching.
Pressing unit: A total of 13 rounds of pressing, 5 rounds of offset pressing wheels, for cylinder-type front and rear pressing, offset, no damage to the plate, forward pressing, easy to adjust, 8 rounds of offset rubber wheel pressing, compared with belt pressing, low maintenance cost, improve the adhesion firmness.
