SPVC material is the largest usage amount and the most widely used material in medical tube industry, such as PVC infusion tube, dialysis tube, gas intubation, oxygen mask pipe that we are familiar with etc.
We have nearly 10 years research and development accumulation as well as debugging experience of medical SPVC extrusion technology. We constantly improve the SPVC precision medical tube extrusion process (screw structure, die structure, vacuum forming method and control accuracy, as well as the precision of hauling speed), make the stability of the molding speed and size of pipe accuracy control get continued higher. Now our latest generation high speed SPVC medical pipe extrusion line can achieve stable production with astonishing speed of 120m/min.

Main Features:1. High automaticity production line equipped with special designed high pressure positive displacement die ensures precise;
2. Stable and high speed extrusion;
3. With the new vacuum control technology: vacuum and water system controlled separately, vacuum accuracy +/-0.1Kpa;
4. High performance LaserMike measuring system, forming closed-loop feedback control, eliminating diameter deviation on-line;
5. Puller equipped with multilayer wear-resisting synchronous belt, without sliding phenomenon. High level precision roller drive traction, INOVANCE Servo driving system or ABB AC driving system, realize extremely stable pulling;
6. Base on Servo driving system, Japan Mitsubishi PLC programmable control and SIEMENS human-computer interface, cutter can realize precision continuous cutting, timing cutting, length counting cutting etc. Cutting length can be set freely, and cutting times can be set automatically, which can meet with different cutting requirements of different lengths.

	MAIN MOTOR (AC) Feature: Extruder adopts high standard "SIEMENS" AC frequency or Servo motor with high performance direct connection reducer, with speed measure feedback, provides stable screw rotation output
	EXTRUSION MOULD Feature: Pin and die are made of S136 mold steel material. Structure of mold adopts "high pressure volumetric type", can provide stable and high-speed extrusion for the tube material with tiny fluctuation. The interventional catheter mold adopts advanced precision CNC machining technology to meet the ideal molding of various multi-lumens tubes and catheter whose diameter range is less than 1.0mm.
	VACUUM CALIBRATION TANK Feature:With the new "accurate control of weak vacuum" technology: vacuum and water system controlled separately. Coordinate the multilevel water balance control system with vacuum system, ensures stable vacuum degree, stable water level and water flowing.
	PULLER Feature: Multi-layer composite high-quality wear-resistant material traction belt (in line with medical and health requirements), high-level and precision roller wheel, precision direct drive. The puller for high speed production line is driven by two SERVO motors which is directly connected, can ensure the long and stable use at high speed. Maximum line speed is up to 300m/min.
	CUTTER Feature: "TECO" Servo system, offers rotary fly knife cutting with high speed and high accuracy. Cutter can realize continuous cutting, timing cutting, length counting cutting etc. Cutting length can be set freely, automatic counting.
	WINDING COLLECTION Feature: Double position. Laser tension control. Automatic wire arrangement. Automatic counting. Reel or Without Reel both available. According to customer needs, we can use our company's proprietary design of precision constant tension PLC program control servo traversing system, to achieve neat winding without crossing effect.
