Product advantage 1. It adopts PLC programmable control system and large windows touch screen to control,easy to operation.
2.Initiative transmission adpots international advanced AC speed regulating technique,with small startup current and well startup behavior,injecting time is stepless speed adjustment.
3. The water tank adopts tertiary filtration system and match with mixing system to make material mixing uniformly and reach well injection effect.
4. The injecion pump is German stainless steel injection pump,with fast injection speed and high injection rate,meet the HACCP standard.
5. It have pneumatic device to make needle clean,easy to operate and clean.
6. It adopts advanced servo conveyor belt transmission system,servo motor accurate and fast driving to make material move to position fast and accurate,the step accuracy is 0.1mm,and make injection uniformity.We design a fast-remove handle to make the conveyor belt easy to remove and clean.
