Brief introduction :
QGF-450 5 gallon drinking water filling machine is mainframe for produce 5 gallon barreled water. It consists of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, air tank, transmission machine, electric machine, can finish empty barrel washing , filling , capping through several washing , fit quantify filling and auto capping. The whole working process was control by PLC, realize stability washing effect, accurate filling capacity and perfect capping effect.

Details
| De-capping machine:
This decapping machine is designed for 3 & 5 gallon bottle
in water production line.
It's used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle before rinsing.

Automatic outside brushing machine:
The machine is used for cleaning barrel outside before filling process.
It's used for allround cleaning the bottle, significantly
improves cleaning efficiency.
