Description of Asphalt distributor truck
The intelligent asphalt distributor is an automatic product for professionally spraying emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt and modified asphalt. The product controls the entire process of asphalt spraying through the controller, so that the amount of asphalt spraying is not affected by changes in vehicle speed and can be sprayed with high precision. It is mainly used in the construction and maintenance of highways, highways of various grades and municipal roads, and is suitable for the spreading construction of asphalt of different grades of pavement such as penetration layer, adhesive layer, and upper and lower sealing layers.
1. The optimized design of the asphalt tank heating system has fast temperature rise and good thermal insulation performance;
2. Folding spray beam, high precision of asphalt spraying, can realize three overlapping spraying, good uniformity and easy operation;
3. The intelligent control system can realize automatic spraying only by setting the amount of asphalt spraying per square meter;
4. The touch-screen display in the cab can display and record the asphalt spraying area, working distance and total spraying amount in real time;
5. Start strong spray control technology to achieve zero start spray;
6. Two sets of operating systems, automatic and manual, are easy and reliable to operate;
7. The heat transfer oil heating system can heat the asphalt tank, asphalt pump, asphalt pipeline and spray beam in all directions;
8. Equipped with a hand-held spray gun, which can locally spray the corners of the road;
9. Diesel oil and compressed air dual cleaning system, easy to clean up the residual asphalt in the pipeline after construction.
