☆ Mainly used for cutting industrial aluminum profiles, aluminum doors and Windows, curtain wall materials, also can be used for PVC and wood cutting profiles.
☆ The machine adopts numerical control technology and can complete automatic positioning cutting of different sizes of profiles.
☆ Selected high-quality aluminum carbide saw blade, outer diameter up to 500mm,550mm,600mm
high wire speed, high processing accuracy.
☆ CNC transmission adopts high standard rack and pinion, high transmission accuracy, accurate positioning, stable work.
☆ High precision spindle ensures stable rotation of saw blade and effectively improves surface quality of workpiece.
☆ Air-liquid damping cylinder to achieve uniform feed speed regulation, smooth movement.
☆ The use of micro spray cooling device.
☆ Automatic head rotation, bidirectional positioning, clamping, single head can work independently. Automatic opening and closing protective cover make operation safer.
☆ The saw blade automatically swings into 45° and 90° angles, automatically opens and closes the protective cover, so that the operation is safer.
☆ Saw blade from back to front, saw cutting profile is more safe and reliable, and saw cutting height and saw cutting width are very large.
