The machine is the column-moving grinding machine with horizontal spindle and rectangular worktable. The machine is a very efficient machine consisted by the technologies of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic. The machine can grind the workpiece automatically by do the simple settings through the control panel.
The worktable longitudinal movement (X axis): the machine's longitudinal movement is controlled by the hydraulic system, the speed of movement can be adjusted by the handle locates in front of the machine. The movement direction is controlled by the electro hydraulic valve.
The column cross movement (Z axis): the column movement is by the timing belt and leadscrew driven by the servo motor. So that the machine can make continuous feed and auto interment feed. T
The hydraulic power is supported by the hydraulic station. The hydraulic station equips with the oil temperature controller. The hydraulic station can provide the power for the high precision grinding and keep the heat and shake form the machine.
The machine equips the complete electro interlock protection.

3. PAYMENT TERM
T/T 30% down payment when order, 70% balance payment before shipment.
4. WARRANTY PERIOD
13 months from the date of B/L, during the warranty period, daily damage parts will be supplied freely, the after sale service will be done by dealers . After warranty period, the spare parts will be supplied at factory price.
