1.Equipment purpose:
1.1. Heating before forging:
Used for heating before forging of gear, ring gear, half shaft connecting rod, bearing, shackle, ringging and other products
1.2.Online heating: Pipeline anti-corrosion spraying, blue brittle blanking of bar stock,online tempering or annealing of steel pipe ect.
1.3.Local heating: Bending of U-bolt,thermal assembly of drum, bending of steel pipe and other production heating process.

2.1.The power consumption can reach below 360KW/H
2.2.Simple production operation, flexible incoming and outgoing materials, high degree of automation,online production can be realized
2.3. High heating speed, less oxidation and decarburization, high efficiency and good forging quality
2.4.Workpiece length, speed, temperature ect. can be accurately controlled.
2.5.Uniform heating of workpiece. small temperature difference between core and surface, high control accuracy.
