XPE is widely used in construction, inner decoration, car ornament, package area and so on.
For this end product ,we have 2 processes
1.Kneader + GL single screw extruder
Preprocess :pressurized mixer
Pelletizing equipment:single screw series
Cutting machine :air cooling hot cutting
Model M20+GL 80 single screw
single screw motor power less than 37Kw,L/D<22:1
2.GL twin screw extruder or two stage extruder
Suggest you adopt model: GL 52
Capacity:100-200kg/h
Motor :45Kw
Conventional configuration for the enquipment includes:twin screw extruder----mold die --hot cutting head cover -- air conveying system and vibrating sieve
The second assemble is cheaper.
