Type U screw conveyor
The U screw conveyor is a kind of screw conveyor. The production is made of DIN15261-1986 standard, and the design accords with the professional standard of JB/T7679-2008 screw conveyor. U screw conveyor is widely used in grain, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, mining, power and other sectors, mainly for conveying small granular, powdery, small lump materials. It is not suitable for transporting materials that are easily metamorphosed, sticky and easy to caking and with large water content.
Classification according to the driving mode of the screw conveyor
1, the length of the U type screw conveyor is less than 35m, and it is a single axis drive spiral.
2, U type screw conveyer length is greater than 35m, for the dual axis drive spiral.
Classification of middle hanger bearings according to screw conveyor
1, M1- for rolling bearing, using 80000 type sealed bearings, shaft cover and dustproof sealing structure, commonly used in the easy refueling, oil or oil pollution to the material, good sealing effect, long life hanging shaft, conveying material temperature are less than 80.
2, M2- is a sliding bearing, a dust sealing device, cast copper tile, wear-resistant alloy cast iron, copper matrix graphite little oil tile. Commonly used in conveying high temperature (t = 80 DEG C) or water transport large material.
Material classification according to screw conveyor
