FSG-800/1000 Series Surface Grinding Machine Features
Double walled column structure, provide high rigid support. Adopt counterweight balance, make the spindle move stably, and reduce the load of the leadscrew, keep the accuracy for a long time.
Independent, large capacity hydraulic tank, standard equiped with air cooling , isolate heat and vibroseis, to provide excellent power for precision grinding.
Flat-V guideway are adopt on vertical motion, and coat with TURCITE-B belt, to get low fricion coefficien.

AC servo motor drives on cross and vertical motion. MPG(electronic hand wheel) replaces the tradition mechanical hand wheel, which can realize higher accuracy and easy operation.
Adopt 7 inch LCD-TFT colorful touch screen, built in program of our engineer's genius designation to make the operation very simple and convenient for the opeator.
Adopt hydrostatic bearing for the spindle to get high rigidity ( high precision rolling bearing for export), together with 18.5KW or 22KW motor to provide strong power,apply to the heavy duty machining. Spindle rotation is supported by rigidity oil film, no wear, ensure the long-time precision and life.
Well designed machine bed is one high grade casting piece, which insure heavy duty cuting
strengthen ribs are set inside of the rear slide base, make sure great stability suport for spindle.
