Vertical feed mixer is mainly powered by electricity with shovel and spreader to complete the feeding operation.
The mixer is adapted to: dairy cows, beef cattle and large-scale sheep farms, can be a variety of pasture, crop straw, silage and other fibrous feed mixing and stirring, after feeding.
9JGL series full-mixed ration mixer is a vertical stationary equipment, feed mixing method adopts the form of spiral vertical churning work, installed on the blade with blades, used to cut all kinds of hay, low noise, less pollution. There is a discharging device on the side of the box, the discharging door is closed when the fixed mixer is mixing, and the discharging door is opened to unload the feed after the feed is mixed. The back side of the fixed mixer has a feeding device (can be customized), hydraulic system control.
The feed is added in the following order: first long then short, first light then heavy, first dry then wet, first coarse then fine.
Feed mixing and adding order: long grass (sheep grass, alfalfa grass, oat grass, etc.) → silage (silage corn, barley) → by-products (cottonseed, beans, beet meal (Po), beer dregs, etc.) → with the concentrate → water or molasses.

1. Simple structure:
Simple structure; More accurate weighing; Easily handles large round or square hay bales; Wear rate of the mixer truck is greatly reduced due to the low pressure of the feed on the side walls of the barrel.
Vertical feed mixer trucks are simple in structure. In contrast, horizontal mixers have more parts and require more maintenance. In addition, more parts means a higher chance of failure, thus affecting normal use.
The mixing effect of vertical mixer is more uniform and accurate. The reason is that the feed is stirred up by the winch and then falls down naturally, so repeatedly, the mixing effect is very good.
Vertical feed mixer can easily handle large bundles of feed. Most of the horizontal mixer trucks have difficulty in handling large round or square bundles of feed, while vertical mixer trucks can mix them easily.
Because there is very little pressure on the bottom and side walls of the vertical mixer tank, the equipment wears out very slowly. Horizontal mixers do not have this advantage and wear out faster, with a correspondingly shorter service life.
