General Description
Full automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine also called mechanical-arm ultrasonic cleaner.Through mechanical arm,to
move the whole basket with parts entering into the specified process.Use the PLC intelligent control for whole machine,
along with rotary,successivelly to finish ultrasonic clean,ultrasonic rinsing,ultrasonic pure water rinsing,moveable air
cutting,hot air drying and cooling down,will have 5 tanks to 16 tanks,etc.After cooling,manipulator will hoist the basket
to the unloading station.Customized design available,according to the actual needs of customers.

Function:To realize the automatic loading/unloading and transmission between tanks,thus for large labor cost saving
and cleaning quantites highly increased.
