There's two different method to manufacture the insualtion pipe:
Diameter below 426mm, we provide one step insulating pipe production line which is produce HDPE jacket ,thread steel pipe and inject foam together;
Diameter bigger than 426mm, we provide two steps extruder machine which is produce HDPE insulation jacket prodcution line first, then inject foam between HDPE jacket and steel pipe;
One Step Insulation Pipe production line
This one step technology is to cover the steel tube surface with insulation layer& anti-corrosion layer at the same time, thus forms insulating& anti-corrosion layer of the pepeline, which is pioneer way in China, Compred wich other methods, it features continuous operation, high efficiency, low cost, energy saving, labor saving, environment pollution-free and so on. Progress second prize, several technology update to the advanced international lever. After updating technology, it has reached internation advanced lever.
The outer jacket can be yellow color and black color.

Isolate heat layer and anti-corrosion layer are wrapped on steel pipe at the same time, continuous production, high efficiency and low cost.
Machine feature: low cost, without vacuum calibration tank, inner pressure produce method;
In-line ball blast de-rust, in-line painting and antirust treatment.
Diameter range: Φ75-Φ1800mm.
This set is mainly used to produce the big size PE insulation pipe jacket. Its product is mainly used in the outer layer of heating pipe line, the middle layer is polyurethane foaming layer and the inner layer is steel tube.
It can also produce water supply pipe and drain pipe by adding the vacuum calibration tank and cooling tank.
This set is composed of extruder, die and mould, cooling water sink, haul off machine, clipping pipe machine, bracket, support frame and electric controlling pats, etc.
Technology flow:HDPE two step method is produce the HDPE casing in first step, then thread pipe inside the casing and foaming in the middle of it.
