2, the structure and working principle
This machine is composed of sand body, binder conveying system, pneumatic system, electrical system.
Frame supporting and fixing sand, binder system, pneumatic system, electrical control system etc.
Sand mixer in the sand by the proximal control valve to join the curing agent, curing agent with the sand by the spiral vane conveying forward, proximal control valve to join resin resin, uniform mixing in sand mixer.
