PBS-420 spiral punching and the binding inline machine is used for spiral books, magazines, and other printed material. It has multiple layers in the punching station and reliable jaws to transport papers. It can punch, auto forming, inserting, hooking, bending, auto book drop, and auto book collection to improve the production efficiency of spiral binding. We have a special design G-type hook that can be selected to produce high-end books. The max binding thickness can be up to 20mm and speed up to 1400 books/hour.

1. Are your a factory or trading company?
We are a professional double wire products machines maker since 2008 and we are the audited supplier in MIC supervised by BV.
2. What about the warranty time?
12 months when you receive the machine. When you get the machine we could send the engineer to supply training service for the first time but the traffic fees and the accommodation arrangement should be on your side. Automatic inline machine training need for 3-4 days and semi-auto machine for 1-2 days.
3. How many molds attached to one machine?
One machine attaches one mold and if you need more sizes, you could make the order.
4.How about spare parts?
Most of the electrical parts and bearings we used are international brands such as SIEMENS. You could buy them in your local market. For the molds, we have stocks of normal double wire binding size molds. The special mold sizes need 10-15 days.
5. Do you have a dealer in my country?
