2.Main Technical Features
New type of tissue paper folding cutting strcuture which uses parabolic arc type surface knife,significantly enables lower shear stress,noise and cutting knife loss.(This structure has won a patent for invention) Use four-spoke structure vacuum folding roller which has bigger roll diameter and good rigidity, ensures the stable running and high-speed opertation of the machine. New structure of air valve folding rollers can be ventilated on both sides at the same time and can be adjusted individually during operation with just a 45 kw vacuum pump.(This structure has won a patent for invention ) New type jumbo roll holders with pneumatic auto loading uses heavy full piece steel board structure and can load jumbo roll up to 1500mm diameter and maximum 2 tons .Paper unwinding system uses coreless shaft and plug sleeve type structure that significantly reduces the labor intensity. Control system adopts special developed division of constant tension control system,equipped with tension automatic control functions and automatic/manual function for edge subtense and electriacal control. 3.After-sales service
