The more shafts thin blade slitter scorer adopt two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard, is suitable to the common paper and the small baffle paper. Electrical adjustment of the blades work width, automatic locking, improved the working efficiency.
Functions and features:
Adjust the baffle size by lead screw, easy to operate. Can set processing paper qty, automatic stop the feeding after finishing. Automatic lead edge feeder with adsorption feeding, improve the operation security, reduce the labor intensity. .Suitable to the long paper slitting creasing. Electrical adjustment of the slitting blade work width, automatic locking, dual guide shafts, dual locking air cyliner, steady running, easy to adjust. Has the inlay o-ring seal, dust-proof, reduce the failure rate. Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr. Adopt eight rolls, two roll-rang feeding, then scoring ,easy to adjust. It can do slitting only without scoring, avoid error conveying when scoring later.
