The shisha briquette machine is used for making shisha press from the materials including coal , charcoal , coconut shell , peanut shell , rice husk , trunk , branch , sugarcane waste , straw , sunflower stalk , coffe husk , cotton stalk, palm husk , rice husk , crop stalk , fertilizer , coal slurry, coke , anthracite , iron , hematite and iron ore fines .
We mianly have two kinds of shisha briquette machine:mechanical and hydaulic.

The shapes of the briquettes are round , cubic , egg , cake , square , oval , columnar , tan , strip , ringlike , pillow shapes.
The typical sizes are cubic(25*25*25mm,20*20*20mm,20*20*10mm) and round(28mm,30mm,33mm 35mm 38mm diameter).
The height is from 10mm to 25mm.

Principale
step1:the raw coal powder / charcoal powder are poured into the hole of mold by the goryosha.
step2:the upper punch presses the mould upper the below punch.
step3:the charcoa or coal press would be gained .meanwhile the gorysha push the press to the conveyer.

---If your raw materials are coal , you should just pour the coal powder into the shisha briquettes.
---If your materials are charcoal in a large size, you should crush it into powder .Then you should add binder formular in the material powders.The binder formular is available in your market and non-toxic.The length of the materials should be less than 3mm.
---If your materials are biomass materials like coconuts,you should carbonize the materials.Then crush them into top powder and binder formular in the material powders.
Finally you should put them into the shisha briquettes.
