3. Cocoa paste grinding machine grinds the peeled cocoa beans into a slurry. The gap of the colloid mill can be adjusted within the range of 0.1~5mm.
4. Cocoa butter pressing machine is composed of hydraulic press and oil press body, forming a closed-loop system. It controls the fat content of cocoa powder by adjusting the time and pressure of pressing. The finished product is cocoa cake and cocoa butter.
5. Cocoa powder grinding machine refines the squeezed cocoa cake to obtain cocoa powder.
