The front end can connect with multiple sets of pillow packing machines or production lines to realize automatic continuous feeding. Performance & Characteristics 1. The combined packing line is composed of automatic packaging machine unit, transition conveyor, servo receiving unit and down film-feeding reciprocating packaging machine. The packaged products at the front end area arranged and collected according to actual needs, and then accurately sent to reciprocating packaging machine. It can achieve continuous production, high speed, high efficiency, and labor saving.2. The speed of reciprocating packaging machine can reach 40-60 bags/min (depending on product size and packaging form).3. The whole line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply. Advantages 1. Double-servo receiving system is used to accurately collect, arrange, and position single packaged products and feed them into reciprocating packaging machine.2. The front end can connect with multiple sets of pillow packaging machines or production lines to realize automatic continuous feeding.3.
