1.Conveyor: convey the PET bottles etc to next machine
2.Label remover: to remove the labels from the PET bottles
3. conveyor and crusher: convey the bottles to crusher, make the bottles into chips/flakes

4. screw loader and hot washer/steamer: feed the flakes by screw loader into hot washer tank for heating and washing
5. screw loader and Friction washing: feed the flakes ( which is out from the hot washer) to friction washer for friction and wahing.
6. floating washer tanks and screw loaders: feed the flakes (out from the friction washer) to the floating tank for washing and remove the dust, etc. Inject a large amount of clean water to rinse the flakes material and separate particles and impurities such as sand, etc. After that feed the flakes by screw to next floating washer tank to repeat the process again.
7. dewatering machine, pipe drying system and silo : the dewatering machine is used to seperate the water and flakes. pipe drying system and silo is used to dry the flakes with heating wind and blow it to the final silo for collection.
