Product Description
The wood pellet machine is a kind of pellet equipment commonly used in the biomass energy industry. It is a new type of fuel molding machine that uses biomass raw materials such as branches, straws, rice hull, bamboo, hemp palm, grass, wood waste and so on, crushed and pressed into rod-shaped particles to replace coal. Wood pellet machine has flat die machine and ring die machine.
The vertical centrifugal high-efficiency ring die granulator produced by our company combines the advantages of traditional horizontal ring die and flat die granulator, and is especially suitable for biomass granulation.
Wood pellet production process :
Production process: crushing section ─ drying section ─ granulation section ─ cooling section ─ packaging section.
Production equipment: The main equipment includes: crusher, pulverizer, drum screen, mixer, dryer, granulator, dust collector, cooler, vibrating screen, packaging machine, etc.
Auxiliary equipment: conveyor, iron remover, raw material silo, finished product silo.

1.The shell of new pellet dialing system, high strength, anti-wear and corrosion resistance.
2. The position of pellet outlet and the position of the dialing disc's reducer can be selected and adjusted at will. The user can change their position according to the site conditions.
3. The new main shaft adopts high stiffness bearing structure, and its diameter has a 15% increase. The main load bearing's carrying surface has the double increase accordingly. More reliable running, less failure rate, ensure higher output of pellet mill.
4. Adopt the new positioning structure in main shaft frame, make roller disassemble easier, greatly reducing the replacing time of rollers.
5. Gear oil lubrication and air cooling to make oil temperature lower, and pellet machine set with overpressure protection and undervoltage alarm, real-time display of circulating pressure to ensure longterm high-load operation of the pellet machine.
6. The roller adopts new technology, which has wear resisting material on surface welded by Robot. The lifetime of roller is improved and increased all-time.
7. The ring die of 8 th generation pellet mill fully adopts advanced wear-resistant stainless steel, and advanced vacuum furnace quenching technology ensure the hardness same in outside and inside. The die hole is machined by ultra-high speed gun drilling machine.
8. The press lock of die upgraded, and the whole die is fully covered by extended press locks, which increase the strength of die effectively and reduce the corrosion of bearing chamber by steam. The structure of press lock is changed, easier to be disassembled while locking the ring die.
9. The reducer bearings all adopt adjustable structure, which greatly reduce the impact of reducer's lifetime by normal wear due to long-term working.
