Wear Resistant Cubic Boron Nitride Abrasives for CBN Paste Making
Cubic Boron Nitride, that is CBN, is kind of synthetic super hard material. With a high hardness of hv7200-9800mpa, its hardness is just lower than that of diamond. Like diamonds, CBN is an insulator but an excellent heat conductor. The structure of the boron nitride form is similar to it of diamond, also known as cube boron nitride, c-BN, β-BN, or z-bn. It is widely used as an industrial drilling and grinding tool.
Various black, amber and brown CBN in different sizes can be supplied as following:
CBN grit: 50/60, 60/70, 70/80, 80/100, 100/120, 120/140, 140/170, 170/200, 200/230, 230/270, 270/325, 325/400 mesh
CBN micron powder: 1-3, 2-3, 2-4, 3-6, 4-8, 5-10, 6-12, 7-14, 8-16, 10-20, 12-22, 15-25, 20-30, 22-36, 30-40, 35-45, 40-60 micron
