Product Description This machine Is specially designed for express courier bag production, making speed reached more than 200pcs per minute, high quality for producing express bag like DHL, TNT etc. which is also available for making garment bag, sock bag, towel bag, bread bag, underwear bag, stationery bag and so on. All processes are completed at one time.
Processed The Material:
PE, Co-Ex-film, BOPP, PP, PVC, etc.
1. Human machine interface, touch screen operation, PLC control, simple operation.
2. The speed of the host machine, the pulling speed and the discharging speed are automatically and synchronously controlled by the controller,.
3. The machine adopts servo motor to fix the length, imported photo eye induction tracking, accurate printing pattern, and automatic stop warning when the photo eye fails.
4. Host motor frequency converter control, simple operation, reduce power consumption.
5. Automatic counting. The number of stacked sheets can be set arbitrarily. When the set number is reached, the whole book will give an alarm.
6. Feeding with imported electric eye tracking, synchronous motor deviation correction, automatic magnetic powder tension control, manual feeding, mechanical shaft feeding;
7. It is equipped with 8KG hot melt adhesive device, with even glue amount, and can be equipped with double servo automatic glue breaking
