General Description
The machine is an auto-liquid filling devise which is composed of PLC, human-computer interface, and optoelectronic sensor and air-powered. Combined with filling, plug, capping and screwing in one unit. It has the advantages of high accuracy, stable performance and greater versatility under extreme operating conditions which enjoys a high prestige. It has been widely applied in areas of pharmaceuticals industry, especially suitable to eye drops filling and capping as well as other small volume bottles.
Characteristics
1, with PLC Control System, simple operate.
2, Adopted injection filling. ( the ejector jet pump with glass or China, optional)
3, Filling quantity adopted adjustable Filling Volume with two levels which filled accurately and the filling precision is ≤ ± 1%.
4, No bottle no filling, no plug no capping.
5, with oscillator to conveying the plug and capping.
6. The cam device to capping the cap and with clutch settings, when the capping head just over the clutch it will adjust elastic of the capping. As well as to protect the surface of the cap.
7, After adjusting the moulding board of rotary pan to filling different bottles such as round eye drops bottles or diamond shaped eye drops bottles.
8, It could working both independently or combined with bottle arrange machine, label machine and other related packaging machine in line.
