Product Description

The appearance of silica gel products is transparent or translucent, odorless and tasteless spherical particles, in which individual heterochromatic particles are allowed to mix, insoluble in water, with microporous structure. The average pore diameter is 4.5-7nm, the specific surface area is 450-720m2 / g, and the pore volume is 0.60-0.90ml/g. The main component is amorphous silica, the content is not less than 98%. It has stable chemical properties and does not react with any other organic or inorganic substances except hydrofloric acid, hot strong base and molten sodium carbonate. It can be used for moisture-proof packaging and humidity regulation, and as carrier material for producing fragrant silica gel. It is used to remove high molecular protein from fermented products. It is used as catalyst and catalyst carrier. Deodorant: used in pet breeding and other environment deodorization.
The equipment process adopts industrial sulfuric acid and sodium silicate of appropriate concentration as raw materials, through intensified reaction molding, aging, acid treatment, water washing, surfactant treatment, primary drying, screening and secondary drying to the finished product packaging process. Production process: raw material configuration → rubber preparation → aging → acid bubble → water washing → glue fishing → primary drying → screening → secondary drying → packaging → inspection → warehousing. Equipment used: acid and alkali metering tank, air compressor, water pump, receiver, gearbox, aging belt, nozzle.
