Technology: Nitriding treatment, alloy coating spraying, heating treating, screw fully hardening.
Depth of nitrition layer: 0.5-0.8mm
Nitriding treatment surface hardness: HV>=900-1000
Fragility of nitrition: Less and grade 1
Surface roughness: Ra 0.4um
Streightness of screw: 0.015mm
Surface of hardness of nitrated Cr Coating layer: >=950HV
Hardness of Cr coating layer: HRC55-62
Thickness of alloy plating: 0.03-0.08mm
Depth of alloy layer: 2mm
