1. Machine used for polyester fiber opening and fill into bag.

Description:
Machine used for polyester fiber opening and packing into bag. Whole line controlled by PLC control system only needs 2 operators. One for fiber feeding, another for bag changing. Working process: Feed polyester fiber on conveyer belt of opening machine, blower will transport fiber to packing device. Press start button, clamp close and packing on, after filling time over, packing will stop automatically. Note: Filling time: set up at PLC control screen, it depend fiber feeding and your requirement for fiber volume of each bag Two packing slots work one by one. Opening roller with special self-locking V wire, usage life 4 times than normal ones, opening rate 99% up without hurting the fiber, so that the finished production is good elasticity and hand feeling. Electricity key parts adopt world famous brand. Not only stable quality, but also can get alternative spare parts easily and ensure production smoothly. Fiber wrapping against device of rollers and running deviation against device of conveyer belt make machine easy for maintenance and clearance. All rollers with professional dynamic balance processing, so machine running without vibration. Aluminum blades of blower running faster and light. Safety door, machine with safety relay and safety transformer, ensure labor safety. PLC control box Main structure made by computerized laser cutting machine, stable and not easy out of shape.
